Discount shopping is becoming more prevalent in the Philippines, with the latest being an expansion of The Outlets at Pueblo Verde in Cebu.
With a new wing called Fork in the Road, the destination now offers more dining and shopping options for customers who seek fashion brands at substantial discounts. Offering reductions of up to 70 per cent all year round, the brands at Fork include casual outdoor brand Reef and sporty lifestyle brand Oakley.
New multi-brand stores include Bench, Bench Depot, carrying items from Aldo, Call It Spring, Celio, Cotton On Kids, F&X, Human, Mothercare and Vero Moda.
New restaurants in the wing include Choobi Choobi, known for its Shrimp and Seafood in a Bag, and Kogi-Q, a Korean-inspired outlet known for its all-you-can-eat yakiniku.
Also added to the mall are such brands as Adidas, Dockers, Levi’s, Nike and Timberland, with everyday discounts.
The Outlets at Pueblo Verde is along M. Patalinghug Jr. Avenue in Lapu-Lapu City.
