SM’s SuperKids Day wins Best Customer Experience at World Retail Awards


SM Supermalls’ SuperKids Day initiative won as the Best Customer Initiative at the Worlds Retail Awards at the World Retail Congress on September 18, 2020.

“SM serves as a place for kids and their families to create great childhood memories,” according to SM Supermalls website during its celebration of the SuperKids’ Day last year.

The Best Customer Initiative event featured free fun and play kiddie activities with countless toys, arts and crafts activities, and deals on kiddie meals and items.
