Robinsons Magnolia Mall, which is currently being expanded, will become part of a mixed-use complex being developed by Robinsons Land.
In Quezon City, Magnolia Town Centre will be a landmark development including The Magnolia Residences, a four-tower, high-rise condominium.
Scheduled to be completed by next year, the mall expansion will include a redesigned park that will feature green areas and public art. At the heart of the park will be a food gallery introducing new culinary concepts. With al-fresco restaurants along its edge, the park will also be a venue for outdoor gatherings and events.
A family amusement center is part of the mall expansion, plus four cinemas including a VIP screening room with a guest lounge.
The fifth-level deck will house an air-conditioned chapel offering regular masses, and a five-storey office development atop the mall extension will target local and multinational companies.
