Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) is opening its 51st mall in Valencia City, Bukidnon, on Dec. 12–its first full-service mall Bukidnon seventh in Mindanao.
“We will continue to open more malls in areas that have strong underserved market demand and where we can be a catalyst for economic growth,” RLC president and CEO Frederick Go said.
Robinsons Place Valencia is located in Barangay Bagontaas along the busy Sayre Highway and would mainly service residents of Bukidnon who previously had to travel to Cagayan de Oro to access full service malls.
“The mall is seen to also attract residents of nearby towns and cities throughout the province,” he added.
Robinsons Place Valencia will feature local and international retail brands, restaurants, home and lifestyle stores, wellness centers and an IT and “gadgets zone.”
Anchor tenants include Robinsons Department Store, Robinsons Supermarket, Robinsons Appliances, Handyman, Daiso Japan, Robinsons Bank and South Star Drug.
Since attaining cityhood in 2001, Valencia City in Bukidnon is seeing rapid development matched by its solid economic growth.
It is recognized as Bukidnon’s center of trade and commerce due to its strategic location right in the heart of Mindanao.
