In the mood of sharing and giving this Christmas season,  the Philippine Retailers Association (PRA) HR-Committee has conducted its annual outreach program in CRIBS Foundation in Antipolo City last December 7.

This is the third year the PRA HR-Committee has been conducting its outreach program to different foundations and beneficiaries.

The volunteers spent an afternoon with the children of CRIBS through a simple program of games and performances from the children.

The children also received various food and essential supplies, sports equipment, and loot bag from various PRA member sponsors.

CRIBS is a child welfare agency that cares for the abandoned, neglected, surrendered and female minor survivors of sexual abuse. It was also the first non-government organization (NGO) in the Philippines to implement a Foster Care Program.

According to its website, CRIBS has come to aid 2,067 children under its Receiving Home Program and has improved the lives of 730 victims of sexual abuse under the New Beginnings Program.

This year, PRA’s outreach program was supported by Toby’s Sports, CLN, Wilcon Depot, Wacoal, Penshoppe, Picture City, Giordano, Miladay, New Trends, Ministop, CW Home Depot, Karat World, hbc, Banana Peel, K2 Drug, Jimac, Abztrak Inc, and Wrangler.
