The biggest and most important retail industry event in the country where top retailers converge – the 28th National Retail Conference and Stores Asia Expo 2022 has finally made its grandest comeback last August 11-12 at the SMX Convention Center Manila.
Prime leaders from different parts of the world provided strategic and inspirational learning sessions to help retailers and its allied industries transition to the path of recovery and achieve exponential growth.
The 28th NRCE opening ceremonies was led by none other than PRA President and SEVP-COO, Ms. Rosemarie Bosch-Ong and emphasized that despite positive indications in the industry, retailers should not be complacent just yet.

Consequently, NRCE 2022 Overall Chairman and Rustan Commercial Corporation President, Mr. Donnie Tantoco highlighted how the NRCE will aid the retail industry in facing new beginnings as well as adapting to the new retail ecosystem.
Top billed the first day of the conference is the “mentor of the giants”, Tom Oliver who provided an eye-opening keynote speech, while on day two, Central Marketing Group (Central Group’s leading retail conglomerate in Thailand) Edwin Yap Hawson, delivered a heartwarming keynote speech that brought to light the importance of loving people in the organization.
Moreover, the NRCE launched its first-ever Retail Mentorship Program which provided a two-way learning session where the mentor and mentee had a healthy exchange of ideas and sharing of relevant experiences to help retailers and suppliers industries advance in their careers and respective businesses.
