The Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) and the Philippine Retailers Association (PRA) invites you to the Webinar on the Philippine Competition Act (PCA) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) on 23 February 2022, 1:30-4:00 PM, via Zoom.

Mandated by the PCA, the PCC promotes and sustains market competition by prohibiting anti-competitive practices and ensuring a level playing field for businesses. As part of its public education campaign to its key stakeholders, the Webinar will provide guidance to businesses on the principal provisions of the PCA and the functions and powers of the Commission.
