Course Title:

Best Practices in Loss Prevention for the Retail Industry

DATE:              July 7, 2015

VENUE:         Nostalj 2&3 Oakwood Premier Joy Nostalj Center Manila, ADB Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Introduction:

  • Retail business owners and managers who really mean ‘business’ push hard on Loss Prevention, have full support to Loss Prevention, and are “firm” about Loss Prevention. There were some retail stores in many places within the country and outside that closed business due to losses; and many retail surveys said that employee theft or internal loss is the major cause of business failures. This seminar creates awareness about employees stealing, apart from customer theft and administration losses, and introduces modern prevention approaches and techniques.
  • Whether it is one peso or one million that was stolen, does not make a difference – it is still stealing, and is intolerable. It is not the amount in question, but the act of stealing and the breach of trust & confidence. In this seminar, we will devise a simple and practical system that not only protect employees from reporting the thieves, but also reward them when the thieves are apprehended. We will also demonstrate in this seminar how we protect the ‘whistleblowers’ and how they are kept totally anonymous and safe.
  • As a result of this seminar, everybody now gets to talk about preventing losses in the company, and all are determined to stop the thieves, internal or external, In safe, systematic, and effective ways.
