Bo’s Coffee will be taking its Philippine-grown product offshore for the first time with a store in Qatar.
With about 80 outlets nationwide, mostly in Mindanao and Visayas, founder Steve Benitez says he plans to establish 200 branches in the next four years.
Founded 21 years ago, the company sources most of its coffee beans from Benguet and Sagada in north Cotabato, Mt Apo in Davao, Mt Katinglad in Bukidnon and Mt Matutom
in south Cotabato.
Benitez says Bo’s Coffee taps social enterprise and restaurants for partnerships, and outlets include furniture from different tribes.
He says the company collaborates with different social enterprises and supports farmers.
Bo’s Coffee has just launched a branch at North Drive Cebu.
