Formoso (right), COO of Duty Free Philippines, during elaborate rites at the recently concluded Asia Pacific Retailers Convention and Exhibition 2015—the biggest and most important retail industry event in Asia Pacific—which Manila hosted late last year. The Fapra is composed of the acknowledged national retailers group in 18 member-economies—Australia, China, Chinese Taipei, Fiji, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey and Vietnam. Formoso will be the federation’s steward for the next two years.
