Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services Philippines (Sodexo BRS), one the leading service voucher companies in the country, has again been recognized as the Best Employer in the Philippines for 2018 by the AON Best Employer Program. This is the second time Sodexo has received the award since it’s last Employee Engagement Survey in 2016.
The AON Best Employer award is given to organizations that prioritize workplace excellence through high employee engagement, effective leadership, robust performance culture and strong brand affinity. The Program evaluates companies through comprehensive personnel surveys to gather employee opinion which is considered the most objective measure possible. The results are then computed, analyzed and compared to AON’s existing global employee engagement database which contains five years of data from 99 countries and 5,080 companies.
This year, Sodexo BRS garnered a 98% response rate from its employees and an 83% engagement index, which is up by 5% from 2016. The company also recorded an 86% leadership rating and 78% employer brand index which are considered outstanding figures in the Philippine market.
Sodexo’s results demonstrate how much it puts a premium on its workforce and inspires employees to remain committed and enthusiastic while striving for service excellence.
