Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) adds another feather in its cap after one of its developments, The Sapphire Bloc, was conferred the “Best Condo Development” (Philippines) at the 2015 Philippines Property Awards (PPA). During the same event, The Sapphire Bloc was also awarded “Best MidRange Condo Development” (Metro Manila).

As this year’s top winner in the Philippines, RLC’s development will also be showcased on a regional stage and will be made to compete at the Asia Property Awards grand finals to be held on Wednesday, Oct. 21, at the 5th annual South East Asia Property Awards to be held at the ShangriLa Hotel, Singapore.

The PPA is part of the Asia Property Awards which, for 10 years now, has been rewarding high-calibre work of real estate firms in construction, architecture and interior design of property developments throughout Asia. Earlier this year, RLC had also won the “Best Residential High-Rise Development” for the same development from the Asia Pacific Property Awards.

The Sapphire Bloc is a four-tower complex that features an all-ground level retail area. Its buildings offer a modern, art-deco inspired architecture. The complex is developed into two phases, composed of the North and West Towers for the first phase, and the East and South Towers for the second phase.

Once completed, the first phase will offer 828 residential units while the second phase will have a total of 844 residential units.

As with any development of Robinsons Residences, The Sapphire Bloc was designed with the following development pillars in mind: prime location, efficient unit cuts, stress-busting amenities, and lifestyle perks and privileges. The top-notch location of The Sapphire Bloc, which lies right in the heart of Ortigas Central Business District, makes it easily accessible to schools, malls, business centres and offices.

Its carefully planned out units, which range from 41 to 97 square meters, are available for easy everyday living. Residents can also take advantage of its various indoor and outdoor amenities. They can relax in the landscaped areas and reading nooks, recharge in the pools and fitness gym, or rejuvenate in the massage and sauna rooms.

Considered as a stand-out destination for genuine city lifestyle experience, The Sapphire Bloc is designed with a walkable lifestyle in mind. With recreation built into the complex, residents can take advantage of it stress-busting amenities. It also offers a unique mix of casual and gourmet restaurants, as well as specialty shops available in the retail area at the building’s ground floor.

“The Sapphire Bloc winning two awards from the Philippines Property Awards as well as the Asia Pacific Property Awards serves as a challenge for us to continue developing master planned communities that reflect the highest standards in the international real estate industry,” says Mybelle V. Aragon-Gobio, senior vice president of Robinsons Residences, Luxuria and Communities of Robinsons Land Corp.

The PPA was held last July 9, 2015 at The Raffles and Fairmont Hotel in Makati.
