RETAIL ADVOCACY
- In charge of issues and concerns directly affecting the way retailers do business and promoting an environment conducive to business, e.g. Retail Lib Law, underground economy, helping members expand to international markets, etc.
SHOPPING CENTER RELATIONS
- In charge of issues and concerns relating to mall operators and retailers.
MEMBERSHIP
- In charge of increasing the economic and political influence of the association by increasing membership base and developing the regional chapters; and developing new services relevant to the members.
INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT
- In charge of helping to upgrade and professionalize the retail industry to world-class standards thru programs such as retail branding, retail management institute, seminars and trainings, etc.
GOVERNMENT RELATIONS
- In charge of dealing with various government agencies on matters relevant to or affecting the retail industry (e.g. Congress, DTI, BIT, NEDA, etc.)
NATIONAL RETAILERS CONFERENCE & EXPO
NATIONAL RELATIONS
- In charge of dealing with private sector organizations, NGOs on retail industry specific matters (e.g. PCCI, ECOP, PASI, KATAPAT, FILSCAP, other local organizations).
POLICY ISSUES
- In charge of monitoring legislations that may affect the retail industry and initiating legislations that will help the industry.
LEGAL AFFAIRS
- Shall serve as the legal adviser of the organization and shall attend to any of its legal requirements. Shall also assist other committees which may need the advise/services of the Legal Committee.
INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
(FARA, NRF) In charge of dealing with international organizations like FARA, NRF.
